Dr. Regina Allen-Sharpe, Assistant Vice President, Student Affairs for Wilmington University AND certified Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, will help you discover your Dosha, provide you with mindful movement techniques, and help you to release stress to live a more balanced life. This is a fun and interactive workshop so bring a pair of socks as we will practice a few stretches without shoes.
